Islam Aftab Kamrul & Co., Chartered Accountants was formed and registered in 1993 by two Chartered Accountants with a vision to build up and lead a dynamic workforce who would help clients succeed by providing value added services, and help enrich the nation with their expertise in the field of professional accountancy.. Mr. A.K.M Aftab-ul Islam FCA, Mr. A.K.M Kamrul Islam FCA, Mr. Saleem Arungzeb Ahmed FCA, Mr. Muhammad Rizwanullah FCA are the Partners of this firm.

The firm is engaged in Auditing, Advisory Service to Foreign Investors, Accounting Consultancy, Socio-economic, Agro-economic Consultancy. Marketing Consultancy and Census works are also within the scope of the company’s business activity. A pool of specialists and experts in various subjects from Universities and retired senior government officials with long experience in respective fields act as consultants to Islam Aftab Kamrul & Co. Chartered Accountants. In the past these consultants rendered their valuable services to the company.

Besides performing regular Audit works for various organizations in the public and private sector Islam Aftab Kamrul & Co. Chartered Accountants did some market survey and strategic marketing planning for a number of local and foreign companies. The company also completed a massive consumer census work for Dhaka Electric Supply Authority (DESA) a public sector utility company under Asian Development Bank (ADB) finance. The Company recently completed the System loss analysis of Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited.

Islam Aftab Kamrul & Co. Chartered Accountants prepared market survey reports and strategic plan for marketing their products for AT & T – the US telecom giant for its EPABX system, similar work for Exide Electronics, USA for UPS product ranges and LANIER World-wide Inc. Atlanta, Georgia, USA for their Analog & digital Copiers. The scope of work includes baseline market survey, collecting raw data and processing these data in computer, preparing reports on product channeling and strategic marketing plan. All these survey was done under Bangladesh context. Formation, registration of Expeditors Bangladesh Ltd. (a subsidiary of Expeditors Inc. USA) as 100% foreign investment company in Bangladesh. The job also included full setup and staffing of this logistic company. Formation, setting up & maintenance of liaison office of PUIG Janer SL- a Spanish Company developing and maintaining of internal control system of 20-20 Technologies Bangladesh Ltd. a subsidiary Company of 20-20 Technologies, Canada and many more.
